NEUROCOGNITIVE SUPPORT • METAIRIE, LOUISIANA

Physician-Led Neurocognitive Support in Greater New Orleans

When memory, focus, or mental clarity changes, you deserve a thoughtful place to begin.

Brain fog, forgetfulness, word-finding difficulty, and changes in concentration can affect your confidence, work, relationships, and everyday life.

At Infinite Health in Metairie, Trip Goolsby, MD provides comprehensive evaluations for adults seeking support for cognitive concerns, persistent symptoms following a concussion or traumatic brain injury, or cognitive challenges alongside an established neurological diagnosis.

Your evaluation considers your medical history, current diagnoses, medications, sleep, metabolic and hormone health, nutrition, physical activity, stress, and personal goals. Mindset is addressed through our Think and Live Longer Mindset Protocol and coaching, which helps patients develop more supportive patterns, strengthen resilience, and follow through on their personalized health plan.

When appropriate, our care complements and coordinates with your neurologist, primary-care physician, or other treating specialists.

Speak with a wellness coordinator to ask questions and determine whether Infinite Health may be a fit. Medical recommendations require a separate physician consultation.

What Changes Have You Noticed?

Cognitive concerns can affect more than memory. The patterns you notice—and how they influence everyday life—help guide your conversation with the physician.

Memory & Recall

Are names, appointments, conversations, or familiar information becoming harder to remember? Share what has changed, when it began, and what you or your family has noticed.

Focus & Mental Clarity

Does brain fog or difficulty concentrating make work, reading, conversations, or decisions more challenging? Discuss when these changes occur and what seems to affect them.

Confidence & Daily Life

Have cognitive changes affected your routines, relationships, confidence, or independence? Tell us what feels different and what you hope to preserve or improve.

Your Experience Is the Starting Point

These concerns do not identify the cause on their own. Trip Goolsby, MD considers your health history, current care, medications, relevant records, and goals before discussing appropriate

evaluation and support.

Frequently Asked Questions
About Neurocognitive Support

What is neurocognitive support at Infinite Health?

It is a physician-guided, multi-pillar approach that considers cognitive concerns within the broader context of your medical history, metabolic health, hormones, nutrition, physical function, mindset, and care goals.

Which concerns can I discuss during a consultation?

Patients and care partners may seek support for memory changes, brain fog, reduced focus, concussion or traumatic brain injury history, post-stroke concerns, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.

Does Infinite Health replace my neurologist or rehabilitation team?

No. Infinite Health’s services are designed to complement—not replace—appropriate care from your neurologist, primary-care physician, rehabilitation team, or other specialists.

What happens during the initial physician consultation?

You will have 45 minutes, one-on-one, with regenerative medicine expert, Trip Goolsby, MD. He will review your history, current concerns, existing care, priorities, and goals before discussing appropriate evaluation options and possible next steps. Relevant medical records, laboratory results, and imaging reports may help inform the conversation.

Can a family member or care partner participate?

Yes. With the patient’s permission, a family member or care partner is welcome to attend and help provide history, ask questions, and understand the recommendations.

Are regenerative approaches included in every care plan?

No. Regenerative medicine is one of six pillars that may be considered when appropriate. If an exosome, growth-factor, peptide, or other regenerative approach is discussed, the conversation should address why it is being considered, available evidence, limitations, regulatory status, potential risks, alternatives, and costs.

* These approaches, including exosome-based products, are experimental and are not FDA-approved to treat neurological disorders. Outcomes cannot be predicted or guaranteed, and individual responses vary. Even so, some Infinite Health patients and families have reported meaningful improvements they describe as transformational. We evaluate every patient individually and discuss the available evidence, uncertainties, potential risks, alternatives, and costs before any decision is made.

What is included in the monthly membership?

The $239.97 monthly membership includes physician access and expertise, up to two physician appointments per month, 24/7 email support with the team, and access to exclusive rewards and promotions. Testing, medications, supplements, and regenerative procedures are priced separately when recommended. Email support is provided by the team—not directly by the physician—and Infinite Health is not concierge care.

Does Infinite Health accept insurance?

Infinite Health files traditional Medicare for eligible covered clinic services. Otherwise, care is private pay, and superbills are available upon request. Regenerative procedures are priced separately and are not billed to insurance.

How do I get started?

Begin with a free discovery call with a wellness coordinator. You can ask questions, discuss what you hope to improve, and determine whether scheduling a comprehensive physician consultation is the appropriate next step.

Let’s Talk About What You Want to Improve.

You do not need to know which evaluation, testing, or care option may be appropriate before

you call. Tell our wellness coordinator what you have noticed, what you hope to improve,

and what questions you have about Infinite Health’s approach.

Your complimentary discovery call is an opportunity to learn about our process and determine whether reserving a comprehensive physician consultation makes sense

for you or your family member.
