Do you offer telehealth services?
Yes, Infinite Health IMC proudly offers telehealth services to patients across the nation. This allows us to provide personalized, integrative, and regenerative care regardless of your location, giving you the same high-quality care and access to our expert physicians as you would receive in-person.

Whether you're local or based anywhere in the United States, you can participate in our health optimization programs, including follow-up consultations, ongoing coaching, and program support through telemedicine.

Do you accept insurance?
Certain components of our care may be covered by your insurance provider, such as labs, diagnostics, and certain prescriptions. For physician consultations, we are cash-only with the exception of Medicare (we do NOT accept Humana, HMO Medicare, or Medicaid)
What is your Insurance+ Membership Program?
In addition to any deductibles or co-insurance fees from your Medicare plan, participation in Infinite Health IMC’s Membership Program is required for ongoing care. Membership fees are billed monthly, at the beginning of each month, and apply for the full duration of your program, regardless of missed or rescheduled appointments.

What is your reservation fee?
For new patients, there is a non-refundable reservation fee of $99 to reserve your initial 45-minute consultation. ​

Are labs and diagnostic fees included in my program costs?
Labs, Genetic Tests, and other Diagnostic tests and screenings are not included in your membership or program fees. These services are billed separately by their respective providers, and Infinite Health IMC is not responsible for any additional charges incurred.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via cash, credit card, and wire transfers. You may choose to prepay for 3 or 6 months of membership at a 10% discount. Payments are due at the beginning of each month before services are rendered.

Do you offer refunds?
As with any health program, results depend on your commitment and active participation. Since outcomes vary by individual, we do not offer refunds for services rendered. Our focus is on empowering you to achieve your health goals through consistent engagement and support.
