Cofounder/CEO
Trip Goolsby, MD
Dr. Trip Goolsby is a board-certified physician with decades of experience in internal medicine and patient-centered care. His clinical focus is on health optimization, regenerative medicine, and evidence-based strategies that support longevity, resilience, and quality of life.
Throughout his career, Dr. Goolsby has emphasized thoughtful, individualized care rather than protocol-driven medicine. He works with patients seeking to address chronic issues, optimize hormonal balance, reduce pain, and improve overall function through integrative and regenerative approaches grounded in clinical science.
Dr. Goolsby is a co-author and educator on mind–body health and longevity, and he regularly speaks on the importance of addressing both physiological and psychological contributors to aging and chronic disease. His work reflects a belief that ethical medicine requires time, listening, and informed decision-making.
He currently practices at Infinite Health Integrative Medicine Center, where care is structured around evidence, transparency, and long-term patient outcomes.

LeNae Goolsby, JD
LeNae Goolsby is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Infinite Health Integrative Medicine Center, where she leads the strategic, operational, and marketing direction of the practice. Her work focuses on scaling evidence-based integrative and regenerative healthcare through clear positioning, ethical messaging, and sustainable business systems.
A best-selling author and award-winning podcast host, LeNae is known for translating complex health concepts into compelling, accessible narratives that build trust and drive engagement. She plays a central role in shaping Infinite Health’s thought leadership, brand voice, and long-term growth strategy, ensuring the practice remains aligned with its mission to redefine health optimization and age reversal.
LeNae is a graduate of Tulane University School of Law and has completed advanced training through Duke University’s Leadership in Integrative Medicine program. Her background spans law, business operations, and healthcare marketing, giving her a unique perspective at the intersection of medicine, communication, and enterprise leadership.
