Yes. Share what you’ve tried, when you received care, and how your symptoms responded. Previous treatment does not automatically qualify or disqualify you for our services. Your individual history guides the discussion.
Do I need an MRI before scheduling?
You can schedule a discovery call without obtaining new imaging. Bring any existing imaging reports to your physician consultation. Dr. Goolsby will discuss whether additional records or testing are needed before recommending treatment.
What if my discomfort extends into my hip or leg?
Mention this when discussing your concerns, along with any numbness, tingling, or weakness. These details are important to the physician evaluation and may affect which next steps are appropriate.
Will I receive a procedure at my initial consultation?
Your initial consultation is dedicated to evaluation and discussion. A procedure is not automatically included or guaranteed. If treatment is recommended, our team will explain scheduling, preparation, costs, and follow-up before you proceed.
Does insurance cover regenerative procedures for back pain?
Regenerative procedures are private pay, priced separately from membership, and are not billed to insurance. Infinite Health accepts traditional Medicare for eligible medical services. Our team can explain the payment arrangements relevant to your appointment.
