How Is Joint Pain Changing Your Routine?
The small adjustments add up: changing how you grip, shortening a walk, or asking for help with something you used to do easily. Share what has changed and what you want to keep doing.
Hands & Everyday Tasks
Do opening containers, fastening buttons, typing,
or using kitchen tools become uncomfortable? Discuss which tasks are difficult and how pain or stiffness affects your grip
and daily routine.
Walking & Getting Around
Are stairs, longer walks, or getting up from a chair becoming more challenging? Explain where you feel discomfort and how it affects your mobility at home
and when you’re out.
Hobbies & Staying Active
Have you cut back on gardening, exercise, golf, or activities with your family? Your interests and priorities help focus the conversation on what matters most to you.
Your Diagnosis Matters
Whether you already have an arthritis diagnosis or are seeking answers about joint symptoms, your evaluation starts with understanding your history. Dr. Goolsby reviews your concerns and previous care before discussing whether our services fit your needs.

Your Joints. Your History. Your Priorities.
our 45-minute, one-on-one consultation with Trip Goolsby, MD provides dedicated time to understand your joint concerns, review previous care, and discuss appropriate next steps.
Understand Your Symptoms & Diagnosis
Discuss which joints bother you, when symptoms began, and how stiffness, swelling, or discomfort affects your routine. If you already have an arthritis diagnosis, share who evaluated you and any relevant records.
Review Your Previous Care
Bring available imaging reports and a current list of medications and supplements. Discuss previous physical therapy, injections, surgery, or other treatments—including what helped and what didn’t.
Discuss a Plan That Fits Your Needs
Your diagnosis, medical history, and goals guide the conversation. Dr. Goolsby evaluates whether our regenerative services fit your needs or whether additional testing or specialist evaluation should come first. Review the reasoning behind any recommendation, alternatives, costs, and follow-up.

Exploring Regenerative Options for Arthritis
At Infinite Health in Metairie, we’ve seen excellent results in our clinical practice using regenerative approaches for appropriately selected patients with arthritis. Your care begins with understanding your diagnosis, the joints involved, and what you want to get back to doing.
Prolotherapy
Precision matters. Regenerative medicine expert, Dr. Goolsby, evaluates whether prolotherapy fits your joint concerns and identifies the proposed treatment locations and solution. Your plan considers your previous care, current limitations, and goals, with follow-up to assess your response.
Wharton’s Jelly–Derived Products
Wharton’s jelly–derived products are among the options we use in our regenerative medicine practice. Dr. Goolsby considers whether a specific product is appropriate for your arthritis concerns and explains why it may be recommended within your personalized plan.
Exosome & Growth-Factor Approaches
Our regenerative services also include exosome and growth-factor approaches. These are distinct options, selected with attention to your diagnosis and individual needs. Your consultation connects the proposed approach to your goals and explains how your response would be evaluated.

Clinical Experience. Personalized Recommendations.
We’re encouraged by the results we’ve seen—and committed to helping you understand your options. Before treatment, we explain the specific procedure or product, available evidence, regulatory status, potential benefits and risks, alternatives, and costs.

Our clinical experience does not guarantee an individual outcome. Results vary, and recommendations depend on your evaluation.
