LeNae & Trip Goolsby, MD are the hosts of the Your Infinite Health podcast, founders of the Infinite Health Integrative Medicine Center, and authors of the bookThink and Live Longer”.

In their latest podcast episode, they talked about fertility and the success they have had helping clients conceive. They also discuss how suboptimal thyroid levels and stress can contribute to infertility, as well as how to address this through optimization of health and stress reduction.

"When it comes to conceiving successfully, it is important to detach oneself from the outcome. This is not an easy task, but if done correctly, it can help couples achieve the goal of having a baby. Detaching from the outcome can help reduce stress and create a more conducive environment for conception." - Dr. Goolsby

They go on to discuss the importance of looking at the individual needs of each person and making sure those are being met. This includes, getting adequate sleep, eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly, and again, managing stress. It is also important to look at any underlying health issues that could be causing infertility. Finally, they share how it is important to assess the environment and make sure it is not contributing to infertility.

By taking the time to assess the individual needs of each person and the environment, couples can optimize their health for success and achieve their goal of having a baby. It is important to have a positive mindset, practice relaxation techniques, and make sure the environment is conducive to success. With the right mindset and a little bit of luck, couples can achieve their goal of having a baby.
