When Getting Through the Day

Takes Everything You Have

You’re keeping up with responsibilities, but there’s little energy left for yourself.

Whether the change has been gradual or feels unfamiliar, the details matter.

Which of these sounds like your experience?

Waking Up Without Feeling Rested

You’ve spent the night in bed, yet the morning starts with the feeling that you’re already running behind on rest.

Hitting an
Afternoon Wall

Your energy drops before the day is over, making familiar tasks feel harder to finish.

Struggling to Focus

You find yourself rereading, losing your train of thought, or working harder to stay mentally engaged.

Having Less Stamina

Workouts, errands, and everyday activities take more out of you than they used to.

Relying on Caffeine
to Keep Going

Another cup has become part of getting through the day, but you still don’t feel consistently energized.

Missing Out on
What You Enjoy

You’re turning down plans, putting off hobbies, or saving your remaining energy for the things you have to do.

Let’s Talk About What Has Changed

Tell us when your energy shifted, how it affects your routine, and what you want to get back to doing. Your experience helps guide the conversation.

Understanding Your Fatigue Starts
With Understanding You

When low energy is affecting your life, you want to understand what deserves attention and what you can do next.

At Infinite Health, Dr. Goolsby brings your symptoms, medical history, daily routines, and health goals into one comprehensive physician consultation.

Your Experience Comes First

When did the fatigue begin? Do you wake up tired, fade during the afternoon, or feel depleted after everyday activities? We discuss the patterns you’ve noticed and how they affect your life.

Testing With a Purpose

Dr. Goolsby reviews available results and recommends appropriate testing based on your evaluation. Findings are considered alongside how you feel, your medications, sleep, nutrition, activity, and overall health.

A Plan Built Around Your Priorities

Your next steps reflect your individual findings and goals, from keeping up at work to having energy left for family and the activities you enjoy.

Recommendations may include further evaluation, personalized care, or coordination with another specialist.

Our wellness coordinator can answer questions about scheduling and our services. Your physician evaluation is a separate appointment.

A Personalized Plan for Your Energy
and Long-Term Health

Your evaluation helps determine where to focus. Dr. Goolsbby connects your findings with a coordinated plan that considers how you feel today and the health you want to build for the years ahead.

Hormone Optimization

Review hormone-related concerns in the context of your symptoms, testing, medical history, and goals.

If treatment is appropriate, discuss your options, potential benefits, risks, and follow-up.

Nutrition & Metabolic Health

Explore your eating patterns, nutritional needs, weight, and metabolic findings.

Recommendations are tailored to your results, preferences, and daily routine.

Physical Fitness & Recovery

Discuss your current activity, strength, stamina, and recovery.

Your plan considers your capabilities and how you respond to exertion, including whether activity leaves you feeling worse.

Sleep, Stress & Mindset

Review sleep patterns, daily demands, and the habits that shape your routine.

Mindset support helps you put your plan into practice while your medical concerns receive appropriate attention.

Follow-Up That Keeps Your Plan Personal

Follow-up appointments provide time to review changes in your energy, discuss relevant results,

and adjust recommendations. Additional therapies or specialist care may be considered

when appropriate for your individual findings.

Questions About Fatigue & Low Energy

Why am I tired even when I get enough sleep?

Sleep duration is only one part of the picture. Sleep quality, medications, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid conditions, and other health concerns can contribute to fatigue. Persistent tiredness deserves an evaluation rather than an assumption about its cause.

Could my fatigue be related to my hormones?

Hormone-related conditions can contribute to low energy, but fatigue alone does not establish a hormone deficiency. Dr. Goolsby considers your symptoms, medical history, and appropriate testing before recommending treatment.

What if I’ve been told my bloodwork is “normal”?

Bring any recent previous results. A laboratory reference range provides useful context, but it does not explain every symptom or define your individual health goals. Dr. Goolsby reviews your findings alongside how you feel, your history, and goals, and changes over time to determine whether further evaluation or care is appropriate.

What testing will I need?

Testing depends on your consultation and any results already available. Dr. Goolsby may recommend laboratory testing or further evaluation based on your symptoms and history. You’ll have an opportunity to discuss what each recommendation is intended to clarify.

Will I automatically be prescribed hormones or supplements?

No. Your bio-individualized plan follows your evaluation. Recommendations may involve nutrition, sleep, activity, treatment of an identified condition, or additional evaluation. Any proposed medication or supplement will have a clear purpose within your care.

How soon could I notice a difference?

The timeline depends on what is contributing to your fatigue and the care recommended. Consistent follow-up appointments provide time to assess your response, discuss ongoing concerns, and adjust your plan. There is no single timeline that applies to everyone.

Can I start with a virtual consultation?

Virtual consultations are available. Our team can confirm options for your location and explain whether an in-person visit or local testing may be needed. Our office is in Metairie, serving Greater New Orleans and the Gulf South.

What should I bring to my physician consultation?

Bring any recent laboratory results, a list of medications and supplements, and notes about when your fatigue began. Include changes in sleep, appetite, activity, and how you feel after exertion, along with the goals you want to discuss.

What Would You Like to Have Energy For Again?

Time with family. A favorite activity. Getting through the workday with something left for yourself.
