This consultation is your first step towards a more vibrant and healthier life. - Comprehensive Lab Review and Custom Program Design: Your second consultation, a 45-minute session, will review your history, goals, and lab results and design a bio-individualized program that aligns with your health goals. Your program will encompass nutrition, physical fitness, metabolic and hormonal optimization, and the mind-body connection. (Note: Lab tests, screenings, and other diagnostics are not included in the package price.) - Continuous Improvement: Over the next two months, you’ll have four more 30-minute follow-up consultations (two per month).
